You can meet with an instructor one-on-one (private lesson) or with a friend (semi-private lesson). SEMI-PRIVATE APPOINTMENT NOTE: When you train with a friend, you both must be present at every appointment. Please schedule your appointments with this in mind. If one person cannot make the appointment, it will have to be cancelled and rescheduled to a day when you both can attend in order to get the semi-private rate. If you elect to train privately, you will be charged the difference between the semi-private and private rate at the conclusion of your session, and the person who missed the appointment will forfeit that session.Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments. Our instructors set aside time especially for you. Please contact your instructor directly if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you miss a previously scheduled appointment and do not provide your instructor with 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session.
