Fitness Yoga & Pilates offers private and semi-private lessons by appointment and drop-in classes on the Pilates Reformer.
The Reformer provides you with a low impact exercise system that will help you look and feel your best. No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. Pilates improves your core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It conditions your entire body and can even help alleviate back pain and other chronic ailments. Pilates provides you with a refreshing mind/body workout. Build strength without “bulking up” and experience the power of Pilates.
Best of all, no experience is necessary. Our certified and experienced instructors will show you all you need to know to work on the Reformer. The Reformer is a flexible, versatile system that grows with you. The intensity can be increased as your body conditioning improves.
How to Get Started
If you are brand new to the Reformer, please contact us about getting set up with a FREE DEMO before signing up for Pilates Reformer classes. Email us at myfitnessyoga@gmail.com.
There are two ways to train on the Reformer at our studio:
1. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT: Train on the Reformer when it’s convenient for you. Appointments are the way to go if you cannot make drop-in classes, if you are brand new to the Reformer, or if you have any physical issues. Appointments are also a great option if you want to train on the Reformer with a friend. Packages for appointments are different from Drop-in Reformer Class Packages. 2. ATTEND REFORMER DROP-IN CLASSES: Classes meet at the same time and day every week. See Reformer Classes on the class schedule page on the website. Classes are first come, first served, and space is limited. Reformer experience is necessary. Reservations are a must. To reserve, visit the class schedule page. Find the class you want to attend (you can scroll ahead to future weeks if needed) and hit the sign up button. You can reserve your spot in a class up to 3 weeks in advance. There is a wait list option for classes and we recommend wait listing as there are often cancellations. If you reserve a class and later find that you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance. This gives the person on the wait list a chance to attend in your place.
