Class Package Policies
Class packages are not transferable/cannot be shared and there are no refunds.
Monthly Unlimited “Autopay” Packages:
Attend unlimited “drop-in” yoga or fitness classes! Each month your credit card will be billed until you cancel with 30 days notice in writing (send email to [email protected]). There are no partial or full refunds with any Monthly Unlimited Class package. See your contract for more details. Please note: Reformer classes, series, specialty classes/workshops are not included with monthly unlimited packages or the annual pass.
Class Passes:
Expiration dates are calculated from the activation date (the first class attended using the package). Please activate your package within one year of purchase. Special/Series Classes are not included. No freezes or extensions are permitted for anything other than medical reasons (Dr. note required). You must make your request for an extension/freeze in writing.
Expired Packages:
If your 5, 10, or 20 class package expires before you finish using the classes and we do not have a doctor’s note, you can reactivate it for a fee of up to $35. Alternatively, you can purchase the same or comparable package and we will re-activate your expired classes. Expired packages that have been reactivated can be extended up to a maximum of 90 days.
You have one year from the package’s original expiration date to reactivate it, otherwise the classes are forfeited.
Please note that this reactivation policy does not apply to promotional packages (including special packages we offer directly or through Living Social, Groupon etc.). Due to the low prices offered with these deals, we cannot offer any time extensions.
There is a $35 fee on all returned checks.
